Thirteen Packs Solitaire is an offline card game. It runs entirely on your device. There is no account registration, no sign-in, and no server-side data collection by Oikos United. However, this app does display advertisements served by Google AdMob, and Google's advertising SDK collects certain device and usage data as described below.

iOS — App Tracking Transparency: On first launch (before ads load), the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. AdMob accesses your IDFA and serves personalized ads only if you allow tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android: you can manage or reset your Advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalization (earlier versions).
This app offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") for $2.99 USD that permanently disables all advertising.
If you purchase Remove Ads and later uninstall and reinstall the app, you can restore your purchase through your app-store account without paying again.
Oikos United does not use any analytics tools. We do not directly track your usage, session length, location, or behavioral data. The only third-party data collection in this app is Google AdMob, described above.
Oikos United does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Google AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's own policies; players and parents should review Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles data from minors.
If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about data collection by the advertising SDK, you can contact Google directly or use the Remove Ads purchase to disable all advertising entirely.
Oikos United shares no data with anyone because Oikos United collects no data. Google AdMob may share data it collects in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Because Oikos United collects no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete from Oikos United's systems. For data collected by Google AdMob, please contact Google or refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on exercising your rights.
If a future version of the app introduces additional data collection or changes to the advertising arrangement, this policy will be updated before that version is released. The App Store and Play Store listings will always link to the current version of this policy.
